The Walkers group offers a walking opportunity every Tuesday, usually starting at Harrogate bus station. Walks are typically between 5 and 7 miles. There may be options to extend or shorten walks where possible.

Travel is by local bus apart from the 2nd and 5th week of a month which is by car share, meeting at the Harrogate Leisure Centre car park. Sometimes walkers meet us en route or at the start of the walk, if more convenient.

Please bring a packed lunch as we are usually outdoors. There are sometimes options for a cafe/pub, often at the end of a walk.

Walks are led by group members and information for the next month's walks is emailed at the end of each month. Please note there is no walk in August.

The waiting list is around 2-3 months, so we expect that there will be spare places in September 2026.
